Great news... Sandra Bullock is officially rid of that 2-timing, cheating, lying, nazi-wearing ex of hers, Jesse James.

According to sources, who snitched the news to TMZ Oscar winner Sandra and Jesse both signed the final papers last week. This also means 'classy-woman-through-her-grief' Sandy will go ahead to finalise her ‘single parent’ adoption of adorabs Baby Louis Bullock.

It was my choice to breakup, but I love her as a friend. She's been there for me when I needed her. I will continue to be her friend and be there for her."

Unless you’ve been living under a rock these past few days...

You must have heard about the mutha of all break-ups that happened between The Bachelor’s Jake Pavelka and his chosen fiancée Vienna Girardi. Well, we’ve been waiting until the full details of the split were revealed before we posted anything - And boy has it been nasty!

So ordinarily we wouldn't give a rat's a** but this breakup is a goodie...

To recap: What happened was, Jake chose Vienna at the final rose ceremony, they got engaged with him presenting her with a 3 carat Neil Lane diamond ring, they went on loads of talk shows (Kimmel, Ellen..) saying how AMAZINGLY in love they were with each other, plus, did some unnecessary PDA all the effing time...

Well, well, well! Their love-fest took a sharp left into Hatersville with juvenile he said - she said allegations.

Jake's side of the story:

“She was watching these doors fly open for me and it was causing an intense amount of jealousy, …I don’t trust her."

He has since added:

• HE dumped HER during a phone call
• Vienna was jealous of his acting career
• She cheated on him, Blah, blah...

Then, Vienna hit back.  Her side - also via a few sources:

• SHE dumped HIM
• Jake was only into the Fame & Publicity part,
• He just "wasn't into girls"
• They weren't intimate for 6 months (TMI) and he avoided sex with her ALWAYS, using the excuse 'premarital sex was a sin', 

The "He wasn't into girls" was a low blow BTW.

Update: During the taping of their 'Breakup special' Jake allegedly lost it and even made a fist with sources revealing how Jake:
